Summary:
I would like to synchronise the time between different PCs. I tried using WinAT.exe but this only seems to work if you are logging into a domain and have DNS set up. 

Solution:
Time synchronising two computers that are not on a domain can be done using the NET TIME command (typed in at the command prompt), as follows:

NET TIME \\PC_NAME /SET /YES
