Summary:

I am using a Genie with its own form (FRM) file. When I try to access the genie on a page in Graphics Builder, Graphics Builder will produce a General Protection Fault (GPF) and be shut down.

Solution:

Check your FRM file for any errors. Any errors in syntax can cause Citect's Graphics Builder to crash when trying to interpret the file. See article Q1764 for more details on writing Genie form files.
