Summary:
When you click the "Next" button on the "Select the type of the I/O Device" page, Express Communications Wizard stalls on Windows 98. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.31 to 5.40 Service Pack B. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40 SpkC / 5.41.
