Summary:
The tool tips for trend pens are incorrectly displaying the current Display Mode of the pen, whereas they should display the Trend comment. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.31 to 5.40. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41.
