Summary:
The memory used by Tag Import/Export is not fully released. This will cause Windows to run out of System Virtual Memory when a large number of tags are being imported or exported. 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.20 to 5.31. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41.

Workaround:

When low virtual memory occurs, shutdown Citect Explorer and restart it again. The Windows Operating System will recover the memory leaked by Tag Import/Export.
