Summary:

Projects with linked tags and Auto Refresh ON will not always Auto Refresh their tags. It appears that the Auto Refresh 'status' of a project in Citect Explorer is only updated when Citect starts up. Hence starting up with an Auto Refresh OFF linked tag project and then changing to an Auto Refresh ON linked tag project will mean tags will not be auto-refreshed.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.XX. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack B.
