Summary:

When run on a Win95/98 machine, Citect32 will hang for a while before starting up. A similar problem occurs on ctconnect from ctapi.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows version 5.21spkB onwards. This problem has been fixed in version 5.30.
