Summary:

With Incremental compile option turned off, in the Citect Editor, make changes in a Cicode file, start the compilation, cancel the compilation, then try to recompile. It does not compile again.

Solution:

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00r0 SpkB onwards. This problem has been fixed in version 5.21 Service Pack F.
