Summary:
If there is a large number of comma separated alarm categories passed to the Cicode function AlarmSetInfo(), the alarm page may not display all of them.

For example, if the alarm categories is set as "1, 3, 5, ..., 999", the Alarm Page will only display the alarms of category from "1" to "279".

 

Solution:
The problem is fixed by changing the limit of the group string's maximum length.

However there still will be a theoretical limit of 6144 characters for the group string's maximum length which can be passed to the Cicode function

AlarmSetInfo().

CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.XX to 5.40. This problem has been fixed in version 5.40 Service Pack A & 5.41.
