Summary:
Why does only one Citect Port work if more than one Citect Port has been defined and each uses a different VFD? 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in the Citect S7NT, S7NTSP, S7WIN and S7WINSP driver versions up to 2.17. This problem has been fixed in driver version 2.18.
