Applies To:
  • CitectSCADA 5.40, 5.40 Service Pack A, 5.40 Service Pack B

Summary:
1 - If adding a breakpoint in the Cicode Editor by left-clicking the mouse in the margin, with the text scrolled vertically and not aligned with the top of the page, the breakpoint might be added a line from the desired location. However, this occurs only under Win2000 and WinXP.

2 - When using the replace button on the Replace dialog, matches are skipped hence not all are replaced on the first pass through the document.

3 - The AutoIndent, Syntax Colouring, and Capitalisation settings are not saved or passed on to other open documents correctly in the Cicode Editor.

4 - Help context menu item has disappeared from the Cicode Editor.

5 - Pressing F1 within the Cicode Editor on a function jumps to the entry of the function in the index but does not bring up the help page.

6 - The 'Windows and Bars' list on the options menu in the Cicode Editor has some of the entries truncated off the right side of the List Box on Japanese OS, with no scroll capabilities.

7 - The Cicode Editor does not enter the currently selected text into the Find and Replace dialog's find field.

8 - Compile Errors dialog in the Cicode Editor is not updated on a successful compile.

Solution:
CIT has confirmed these to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.40r0 to 5.40spkb. These problems have been fixed in version 5.41r0.
