Summary:
My Citect is labeled as a "Special Build" on the runtime startup splash screen and the version number displayed in the Citect "About" dialog boxes are displayed in the Version Build number (e.g. "Version 5.41.86") format, rather than the Version Label (e.g. "Version 5.41r0") format. 

Solution:
Citect Version 5.41 requires that Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later be installed to enable the version numbering functionality.

We are researching this problem to remove this dependence on Internet Explorer and will post new information here as it becomes available.
