Summary:
Applying Service Pack B to the French, German and Japanese versions of Citect 5.40 ruins the localisation. 

Solution:
Only apply Service Pack C (or SPK A) update localised versions of 5.40 as it contains the work around for the spk B problem.

If SPK B has been applied, then the backup of Ctres32.dll and Citect.frm need to be re-inserted in the Citect/Bin folder. In essence, the Service Pack B should be uninstalled or the installation should be returned to R0 version. Then apply 5.40 SPK C.
