Summary:
When Citect starts, the following error occurs... "Driver MelsecQnA failed to initialise. Do you want to shut down?"  

Solution:
This problem occurs because not all of the required DLLs are installed in with the driver installation package and possibly, some DLLs are not the correct version.

Copy DB3UTILS.DLL, MFC42.DLL from a Citect 5.31 or better installation into the Citect\Bin folder. Check that the ctRegion.DLL is from the new versioning system, eg: 2.4.2.0 and NOT 5.21. If it is, you can copy it from a Citect 5.31 or better installation.
