Summary:
A Citect I/O Server that is experiencing slow network connections or displaying complex graphics pages may cause regular #COMs. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.40 to 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 SpkA.
