Summary:
There is a possibility that during saving corruption to Pages, Templates, Genies, Symbols and Super Genies can occur. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 Service Pack A.
