Summary:
A second instance of CitectHMI/SCADA running on a terminal server will crash. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.30 to 5.40 and CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 SpkA.
