Summary:
Tag browsing permits access to the MXChange database even if the password that is entered during login is incorrect. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 Service Pack A.
