Summary:
The Tag browsing dialog is not displayed when the "Browse" button is pressed on the I/O Devices form. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 Service Pack A.
