Summary:
Tag browsing for Mitsubishi MXChange in Citect version 5.41 has the following issues:

1) The login User ID defaults to "Admin", but can be changed to something else.

2) Citect browses all MXChange databases, even those databases which are not active.

3) Citect allows connection to all level in the browsing tree.

 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 Service Pack A.

The Tag browsing window for Mitsubishi MXChange has been changed as follows:

1) The login User ID has been set to "Admin" and grayed out.

2) Citect will only browse running MXChange servers with the corresponding active database.

3) Citect will only connect to PLC Connections within Citect nodes.
