Summary:
In some cases CitectSCADA may allocate very large amounts of memory and appear to stall intermittently. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.31 to 5.40 and CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 SpkA.
