Summary: |
After an update from an older Citect for
Windows version I get the following compile error "Bad IO Device
variable".
In my project I used the MELSEC protocol. |
Solution: |
There was an incorrect entry in the
Melsec.dbf file. Copy the Melsec.dbf from Citect V5.40 to your
version 5.41. You can find the Melsec.dbf file in the Citect\BIN
folder.
A full driverpack for the Melsec driver is also available from the Support section of the Citect web site. |
