Summary:
Why does the Zoom Window in Citect Graphics Builder not display correctly? The window pops-up and all it shows is a grid with a scrambled image instead of zooming in on the mouse location. 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.4x. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available. This issue relates to the GeForce graphics video card.
