Summary:

CitectHMI/SCADA may crash very occasionally when it tries to connect to remote dial-up device.

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.30 to 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 SpkA.
