Summary:
Apparent driver crash at startup of Citect (actually crashing in the ctregion.dll) after an upgrade to V5.41.

Example: Tiway card is set to IRQ 10 & address CC00, the device is set to "standby". What is the cause of the crash?

 

Solution:
This problem is related to hardware access at startup using the WinRT device driver. The problem has been corrected in V5.42 by ensuring that a valid device number is used when trying to access registry information for the hardware.
