Summary: |
A Super Genie displays the wrong values at runtime. The value may be fixed at the wrong value, even though the tag that is associated to it is changing. |
Solution: |
The problem occurs when a super genie
association number is reused for a different data type. For example
two associations exist on the super genie one called ?STRING 111?
and the other ?INT 111?.
Depending on the order these are compiled, they may cause other data on the page to be overwritten with incorrect data. Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA version 5.XX. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available. |
