Summary:

At Citect runtime the cicode function "AlarmGetDsp(hAn, "Help")" only returns 16 characters, although the "Help" field for each alarm is 64 characters wide in the alarm's DBF file.

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions up to 5.41 SpkB. This problem has been fixed in version 5.42.
