The solution to this problem was caused by
an incorrect date or time stamping on a file. In this particular
case one of the Trend Archive files had a date stamp on the file in
the future. That is the system date and clock were less than the
timestamp of the files creation date. After deleting the culprit
archive file, the trend system resumed normal operation again and
you should be able to view all data in real time.
Whilst unsure of the cause in this instance, it is suspected
that the date and time was incorrectly set and a new trend archive
file was created in this period, thereby causing the problem.
