Summary:
The Tiway driver will either not initialise or fail to communicate in Citect V5.41 or V5.42. 

Solution:
There are two solutions;

1. Use the CtRegion.dll file from V5.31 of Citect.

2. A special build of the CtRegion.dll file is required from the Citect web site, ctregion.dll as a driver pack V2.4.6.0 or later.
