Summary:
If an IDC is currently running and an attempt is made to run a second one, the second will crash on startup.

Additionally if you have a standard Citect Display Client running an attempt to run an IDC will also crash.

 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectSCADA versions 5.30 to 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41SpkA.
