Summary:

String arguments to Cicode functions are passed as blank strings when using CicodeCallOpen() to call a Cicode function.

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectSCADA versions 5.40 to 5.41. This problem has been fixed in version 5.41 Service Pack B.
