Summary:
Add Roll-over to debug log  

Solution:
The code was updated to check for the size of the debug log file. When the file size gets greater than 1MB, it will be renamed to debug.bak and new debug messages will go to a new debug.log file.

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectSCADA version 5.41 SpkB. This problem has been fixed in version 5.42.
