Summary:
After installing CitectSCADA, PLC software such as RSLogix, you will not be able to connect to the PLC or access the KT card. How can I correct this? 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions 5.00 to 5.30. The problem has been fixed in Version 5.XX. As long as CitectSCADA has been launched and stopped once, the other PLC software will work properly.
