Summary:
I am using the MooreP driver version V2.04.01.000 and cannot get Citect to compile any DIGITAL tags.  

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in the MooreP driver version up to and including V2.04.01.000. This problem has been fixed in driver version V2.04.02.000.

The Citect\bin\protdir.dbf file instucts the Citect Compiler which data types are supported for each driver. The options field has been modified to add support for DIGITAL tags.
