Summary:
Tcpip.dll does not support Multicast receive. 

Solution:
To support multicast receive, specify the "-Ma.b.c.d" option in the Ports Special Opt field, where "a.b.c.d" is a Class D IP address in dot notation using decimal numbers 0 - 255.

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in TCPIP driver version 2.02.02.001 and earlier. This problem has been fixed in TCPIP driver version 2.02.04.005B onwards.
