Summary:
The OPC Driver had the default value of the FailOnBadData set to 0.  What is the correct default setting?  

Solution:
In the OPC driver V1.09.18.001RB (and later versions), the parameter [OPC]FailOnBadData has its default value changed from 0 to 1. Thus Citect will now display #COM and raise a hardware alarm when a tag is returned from the OPC Server with bad status. The OPC driver will report error 0x101 "Data not yet valid".
