| The AlarmAck Cicode function requires the
currently logged on user to have privilege levels on the selected
alarm. If you attempt to run the AlarmAck command under a
particular logged on user, then only the alarms for which that user
has privileges will be acknowledged. This is by design in all
CitectSCADA versions. The Online Help will be updated with this
note in a future release.
In CitectSCADA v5.50r0, a new CITECT.INI parameter has been
added to determine the privilege level a user requires to
acknowledge alarms, which can be found in the CSV_Include
CITECT.INI Parameters section of the Online Help:
