Summary:
When using applications that utilise Microsoft's MDAC, Citect HMI/SCADA leaks memory. This may manifest itself from the use of CtAPI or applications that use it or the use of database routines from within Citect or attached dlls.

The problem occurs in MDAC v2.5. The solution is to upgrade to the latest version.
