Summary:
I have a Modicon MBPLUS network that CitectSCADA connects to via a Modicon PCI-85 interface card and the communications only run for two hours at a time before I get a Citect DLL error. Is there something wrong with the communications driver? 

Solution:
When first installed, the Modicon PCI-85 card will run continuously for two weeks without registration. After the two-week period has ended, it will only run for two hours at a time. When the non-registered card times out, CitectSCADA can no longer find it for communications and returns the DLL error. The PCI-85 card MUST be registered directly with Modicon in order for it to run continuously.
