Summary:
Which Citect driver should I use to talk to the Powerflex 700 drive from Allen Bradley? 

Solution:
Even though the Powerflex 700 drive from Allen Bradley uses EtherNet/IP protocol (EIP/Native) there are some limits when using Citect's ABLOGIX or ABCLX driver that you need to be aware of. Namely routing and Local tags.

ABLOGIX does not support routing, while ABCLX does support routing

The ABCLX driver does not support Local tags.
