Summary:
A bit in my PLC that is set to 0 or 1 is appearing incorrectly in CitectSCADA (i.e. a 0 appears as a 1 or a 1 appears as a 0). 

Solution:
This can be avoided by changing the PLC project to utilise UDTs for digitals so that they are not being aliased on a base tag (which is what has caused the problem).

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA ABCLX driver version v3.01.00.023. This will be resolved in the next major release of the driver. This has been resolved in v3.01.03.003 of the driver.
