Summary:
When connecting to a CitectHMI/SCADA FTP server from such clients as the Internet Display Client, some firewalls block the connection after receiving the first part of the connection message. The problem is that the connection message contains the standard FTP warning for impoper use but some firewalls after seeing the string "warning" will block and shut down the connection.  

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA. This problem has been fixed in version 6.00.
