Summary:
Alarms that have been disabled at runtime appear to be re-enabled after the Citect project has been shut down and restarted (no entries are listed on the disabled alarms page).  

Solution:

Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.41 - 7.00. This problem has been fixed in version 7.0 Spk1 and above.

A cicode workaround is available for the affected versions.

The CiCode attached to this article logs all the disabled alarms to a text file on shutdown, and re-disables them on startup.
