Summary:
When the resolution is set to 1680x1050 (wide screen format, 32-bit color),
the Edit Favorite Colors dialog box in the Graphics Builder is truncated
on the bottom and on the right.
 

Solution:
Make sure your DPI Setting is set for Normal Size (96 DPI) instead of Large
Size (120 DPI) or some custom setting that exceeds 96 DPI. After restarting
the OS, the Edit Favorite Colors dialog box should no longer display truncated.
