Summary:
Can not load the SAVE_DBF.XLS macro. Macro does not have a signed certificate.

Solution:
To automatically load the SAVE_DBF.XLS macro each time Microsoft EXCEL Starts.

Copy the ..\Citect\Bin\SAVE_DBF.XLS to ..\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\XLSTART

The new version of MS-Office may not allow the Macro to run if the Macro Security Level is not set to Medium. (Some virus checkers will prevent the loading of macros if the level is not set to Medium)

In order for the Macro to run, the macro security level must be modified to Medium.

The implication of this is as follows (Ref: MS_Excel 2003 : definition):

Macro Security = Very High : Only macros installed in trusted locations will be allowed to run. All other signed macros and unsigned macros are disabled.

Macro Security = High : Only signed macros from trusted sources will be allowed to run. Unsigned macros are automatically disabled.

Macro Security = Medium : You can choose whether or not to run potentially unsafe macros.

Macro Security = Low : (not recommended) . You are not protected from potentially unsafe macros. Use this setting only if you have virus scanning software installed, or you have checked the safety of all documents you open.
