Summary:
When CitectSCADA disconnects from a remote device, the tags representing that PLC will display #com. It may also be seen that you cannot reconnect to this device.
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 6.00. This problem has been fixed in version (6.00 SpkA)
