Summary:
DspInfoDestroy(hInfo) always returns 1. DspInfoDestroy(hInfo) should return 0 if the function succeeds or an error code if the function fails.
 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect for Windows versions up to 5.40. This problem has been fixed in version 5.42.
