Summary:
When using Dynamic text or Variable tags as the alarm description, the alarm summary page may not display the correct alarm description for the alarms displayed. 
 

Solution:
The solution to this problem is to use SUMDESC in the alarm categories - summary format, rather than DESC. This will display the description value at the instant of the alarm occurrence rather then the latest description value for all the listed alarm.
