Summary:
Client requests for data may fail to be satisfied out of the I/O server cache due to differences in the way the compiler and
the I/O server block data requests. This problem can be obviated by disabling compiler blocking for remote I/O devices using the new
citect.ini parameter;

[GENERAL]
DisableRemoteBlocking=1.
 

Solution:
Citect has confirmed this to be a problem in CitectHMI/SCADA versions 5.20 to 5.41 Spk B. This problem has been fixed in version 5.42.
