Summary:
When the software was changed to support 'include projects', and error was introduced that could cause a crash on start-up.
 

Solution:
CIT has confirmed this to be a problem in Citect's OPC driver versions 1.8.1.0 onwards. This problem has been fixed in version 1.09.00.000A1.
